Pretend that the entire human race has been plunged into an apocalyptic wasteland overgrown with dust and decay accompanied with marauding zombie hoards. Starting the series, The Last Farmer is a story about existence in the deserted Texas’ outskirts – one is all alone with your farm and any threads of positive emotions one could grasp. The mission? Rise again and breathe some sort of life into this desert of existence.

Survival here isn’t just about avoiding zombies, although they aren’t in short supply – from regular, slow-moving ones all the way up to the sprinters. In a twisted way, even they’re part of the solution: oh yes, zombie is perfect for fertilization purpose. Their corpses will be able to replenish productivity of the soil, transforming these threats into resources to bring the dead ground back to life, one plant at a time.
