Ok, so in Frostpunk 2 you are the person responsible for survival of the last city on Earth located in the frozen, cruel and unforgiving world. As the Steward you’ve got to address the never-ending wants and requires of the folks with all the added bonuses of working by the use of all the political battles between the various factions in your city. It is not a question of mere living but about handling these battles maybe even maintaining some degree of control over an ever collapsing situation.
The world is frozen, it is in the state of a never-ending winter, the only way to keep the human race alive is to grow the city. To do that, you need to control supplies such as coals and oil to keep your people warm and fed, but as more people arrive, they are hard to manage and every single decision made concerning the citizen could either make or break the city.
What makes it more intense is that every factions in the city has their wishes and wants for the future. So for their voices to be heard, they want power as well; thus, power relations are a key concern when choosing allies. The story is divided into many chapters and while playing that game, one will understand the pressure that comes with such responsibilities and power relations.
